| I recently purchased a new condo in parc reston directly across from rest town center and close to dulles toll road and airport. Condo has new everything inside including kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, windows, etc.. Roommate will have own room and bath. I will only be there 2-3 nights a week so it will be like living on your own at half the expense. I am a 37 year old open minded male who has a very busy life and schedule. $900 includes your water, electric, you will be responsible for your own cable/internet. full access to kitchen, dining rm, rm, living rm, basement and the yard. SHARE the upstairs large master bath with 2 other responsibles. Both are very clean and considerate responsibles.
Female preferred but not a should. have to be a responsible person: that includes but not limited to: reasonably clean and quiet; respectful of other peoples belongings; do your share of cleaning of public areas.

| College! 3 chill dudes looking for a roomate. The room being subletted is the largest in the apartment, seperate from the living room, connected to the bathroom and has a walk-in closet. there is a built in bar in the living room and a fooseball table. a balcony that you can walk out on and sit it located off of the living area. fully furnished kitchen. all roommates are kind and respectful who work as well. there is a heady collection of glass in the room.
2-blocks from the foggy bottom metro, 1 block from a 24 hour cvs.
perfect for GW or someone who is responsible on a tight budget (only 650 a month!)
one of the roomates is going abroad to amsterdam and will not be in the room from december till may and possibly beyond-
we have a good time and respect when people need quiet/privacy
