Im also a work-aholic and when Im not responsible, Im at the gym or my boyfriends house so Im rarely ever home! The townhouse is in Gainesville, less than 2 miles from I-66 (Exit 43A). Its a 3-level, 3 BD, 2.5 BA. The room for rent is an unfurnished Master Bedroom on the 3rd floor. Its a non-smoking house but there is a nice size deck if youre a smoker. Its a quiet neighborhood with few kids. You would have your own parking space as well. I’m looking for a clean, honest, respectful, and responsible renter. I would prefer someone on a short-term basis with the possibility of going long-term. Because I am rarely home, and I mean RARELY, I definitely need someone I can trust.
