| I have a two bedroom apartment, one room is for rent. Only have to pay $200 plus 1/2 of electric and cable. Free heat and water. Spacious kitchen and living room. parking. Window air conditioning in living room. Will have to share bathroom. Plenty of closet space. You cannot have pets. I have a dog= so you should love animals. She is and very well mannered. You will have to furnish your room- all other rooms are furnished. I would like to hang out for a few hours to see how our personalities mesh. I work mon-fri 8 to 5 so no parties on weekdays. But you can have get togethers on the weekend. I prefer someone 25 to 32, or easy going responsible. should be clean- especially in shared areas of the house. I am very easy going. |
