I have a Four bedrooms , 3+ bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in West Madison, Wisconsin at Maple Valley Dr / Hwy Pd for the rent of $250/Mth . The roommate lease is from 1/1/2005 to 06/30/2006 and the tenant can not renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is No and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 8x10. This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

This is a four bedroom, tri-level duplex with three other fun female roommates. It is miles off of hwy 151. You would have your own room and bathroom. There is plenty of parking. We have a big kitchen and there is living room upstairs and downstairs. We pay for heat & electric and cable & internet. Utilities are about 50-60 a month. My roommates are fun and very easy to get along with if there are any worries in that area. Rent is still negotiable and moving in is available at anytime from the beginning or january till the end of june.
