The roommate lease is from 4/1/2005 to Open and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is Yes and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. I have a nicely furnished 2 bed/1 bath condo in the very quite, very secure northside of Madison Cherokee neighborhood. 2 pools are avilable in the summer, off street partking and Im very close to M.A.T.C. Im looking for a female only (18-28) who is willing to pay rent on time, do her share of cleaning, reliable, honest, fair, etc. I work long hours during the week and try to have some fun on weekends. Rent is $450/mo and includes all utilities (washer/dryer in unit). I may/may not have one or two cats living with me.
