I have a House bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment to share with 1 bedrooms and available in Waunakee Madison, Wisconsin at Hwy P / Hwy 12 for the rent of $258/Mth . The roommate lease is from 9/1/2004 to Min1 and the tenant can renew the lease. The Apartment is furnished and the bedroom is furnished. Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The telephone service for this roommate rental is No and the roommate rental does have Parking. The roommate rental does have Air Conditioning and the apartment does not have an Elevator. The roommate rental does have Cable TV and the roommate rental does have Laundry in the Building. The Utilities Included are in the rent of this room. The suggested number of tenants is for this room. The total square feet of this room is 2000. This roommate rental is available not to rent for the summer months. I do not have multiple rooms to rent at this time.

Spacious backyard overlooks the Springfield softball field. Here's what we're looking for. A male or female roomate to come share this three bedroom house with my girlfirned and myself. Utilities are very affordable. We're located about 20-25 minutes to campus. I don't mind the drive at all, not when you consider if you put this house downtown, rent would probably jump to around $500+ per person. You'd be getting your own living room in the basement of the house. We're two clean and considerate UW reliable persons. Come check it out, you won't be disapponted
