Smoking is permitted in the apartment and pets are not permitted in the apartment. A credit application is not required and a security deposit is required. The address is 749 Prospect only a few blocks from campus, really close. We are looking for to sublease two bedrooms for the summer (June until Aug). Cable is included and their is a washer and dryer downstairs. My fiance is a Marine and Ill be living in North Carolina this summer so a subleaser is needed. We have another roommate who will also need a subleaser. Two females will also be living there over the summer.
