Room is 10' by 12' and is one of three bedrooms in the house. I have a full closet with organizing shelving that is going to be left with the house. There is a full bathroom with two sinks, tub and shower and a seperate half-bath. We also have our own washer and dryer. The kitchen is large with all appliances included and the family room is huge.
