| I am a 28 n-s responsible woman with a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo Im looking to share with someone similarly responsible, respectful, & good-natured. The building is new and has 6 units. Mine is on the top floor. It has hardwood floors (except bedrooms), fireplace, granite in kitchen, jacuzzi, deckasher/dryer, dishwasher, central air. I take possession Aug 13, plan to move in August 23rd. Roommate would welcome after that. 2 blocks to Wellington Brown Line "L" stop, 2 blocks to Belmont Red Line "L" stop. Bus lines close, too. Near good bars, restaurants, shops, but on a quiet, tree-lined street. 1300 sq feet; tons of natural light! |
