I am looking for someone to take over my lease as early as March 1 and no later then June 30, 2005. The rent is $650 a month and includes a garage parking spot. The house is already furnished and some furniture can be kept in the bedroom for rent if needed.
Wrigleyfield is just outside the front door and there are many excellent bars and restaurants surrounding the neighborhood. Its a great place to live!
