I am looking for a roommate. Rent is $450/month plus half of utilities. The townhouse is mostly furnished except for the second bedroom. You would get your own bedroom and bathroom. Looking for a laid back non-smoker. Well behaved dogs are welcome. |

| Water is included in the rent, but the tenant pays heat and electric and also there is cable and high speed internet in the room but there's an additional fee for that as well. My room is available for one occupant but there are two other rooms possibly available and one of the other rooms available can have two occupants.
