1--Roommate Rental details

Room is in 3 bedroom duplex with two fabulous college women age 22. Its a great space with a fabulous location near the U of M and downtown Minneapolis. The girls are both fabulous, as I took this room as a subleaser and we became great friends. I need to move due to job location. The room can come furnished if you please, and the common areas have nice furniture as well. Please call/email with ANY questions...I can email you pictures of the place as well!!
