I have a room available in a 3 BR 3 level townhome in Fairfax, near Fair Oaks Hospital, beautiful neighborhood. Washer/dryer, full kitchen access, HS internet, DirecTV, the works. House is nonsmoking, outside smoking is OK. Not too far from Fairfax/Vienna metro. Rent is 475, deposit is 475 also. 1/3 utilities will end up around 120 max. Parking is no trouble, we have 2 spaces, plus parking on the street. Lots of space/storage. Need to fill this room ASAP, so catch up with me soon.
