I am looking for a female, non-smoking roomate. I live in Round Hill, VA, which is 10-15 minutes west of Leesburg in a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhouse. So, you will get your own room and bathroom. I am fun, easy going, and easy to get along with. Phone (except long distance calls) and DirecTV (except Pay-Per-View) are included. Renter pays half of water and electricity. Beautiful, huge bedroom (15 x 20) w. walk-in closet, cathedral ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors, huge windows in rowhouse (near Eastern Mkt. metro) available as of April 1 for temporary spring/summer rental (possibly longer). Shared kitchen, bath, dining area. Wireless access. should be a dog lover as I have two friendly dogs who stay mainly downstairs. I am a responsible in my early 40s who goes to school at night, so I am looking for someone who is quiet and reliable (and ideally also in school or on an internship or fellowship, perhaps). The neighborhood I live in is very friendly, and is close to many bars and restaurants (in case you are new to the area).
