I have a 4br 2ba house I am looking to share. I am looking for one person to occupy the 2 rooms upstairs. It's just me, a cat, and a cat friendly dog. The house is kept tidy and an older home with lots of character. The rent is $500.00/mo and includes all utilities including high-speed internet. House chores are shared and outside chores (yard work I take care of). Also req'd is a $250 refundable deposit.
