House has nice front and backyard areas (with citrus trees) and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood (with a large park and pond across the street). Flooring in the house is ceramic tile and real hardwood (kitchen/dining room), except for the available bedroom, which is carpeted. Im looking for a clean, quiet, reliable roomate. I am a 3rd year naturopathic medical (35 years old). When home, I use the house for studying, so this is not the place to play loud music or TV. Also, I am sensitive to chemicals so no chemical products are used in the house. Basically, this is a place where you can expect for things to be quiet, peaceful, and clean. Be willing to sign 1 year lease. Utilities are additional. |
