Place is furnished except for your room and the utilities and are included in the rent. Amentities include: garage, washer/dryer in the unit, tile floor in common area, fireplace, balcony, pool and spa. The room is available to be seen now but it will not be available to be rented until February 1. No pets please.
I travel a lot with my job so you would have the house to yourself quite a bit.
