I currently have a room for rent in Carmichael on Robertson off of Walnut.
Its $550 a month including utilities or if youre rich $2200. It is a 3 bdrm 2 bath. There is satellite t.v. in every room. Big Screen in the living room, fireplace, brand new BIG kitchen. Almost everything has been remodeled except the bathrooms. But that will be happening soon. Right now there are two males living there. Myself and a good friend. We both smoke but only outside. Have close friends over quite frequently. We both work mon thru fri 7:30-5:00.

| I am moving out of my room on Treasure Island around New Years. This is more of a guys apartment, but female applicants are totally welcome! The place is 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, large common room and kitchen. Laundry room downstairs along with a small back yard with a BBQ. Tons of storage space in the apartment. My room is on the smallish side - about 10 x 12 with a small window facing south. Right now I have a queen bed, large desk, chest of drawers, and a floor lamp in the room with little difficulty. There is a large closet in the room. The bathroom youd share with two other guys is down the hall. The roommates are three males: Rael is a Berkeley responsible for a non-profit. Andrew is a law at GGU, and Yancey is a 3-D graphics designer / author. Youd be sharing a bathroom with Andrew and Yancey.
