| Hello. Im looking for a woman to share an 1800 sq. ft. house with me, my dad (part time), and two female, responsible cats. I am a responsible Female, in my late 20s. Looking for a compatible, clean FEMALE housemate. Nonsmokers only! No drugs; moderate to no alcohol use preferred. I have a 1/2 gl. of wine, occasionally. :)
House fully furnished. Hi-speed DSL, Satellite, and all other utilities included, except phone. TV and/or PC not provided. Dresser/desk and night stand included with Room. An XL twin bed is also availble, if desired. Room is carpeted and has large windows with drapes.
Enjoy also the yards, BBQ, and entire downstairs of house too. Kitchen, laundry, etc. privileges all included. Bring your own eating utensils, pans, and plates etc. 1 outdoor parking space available for a medium-sized vehicle. We are Not Accepting ANY Pets, sorry.

| This is a very roomy house and the room we are renting is at the front. Its a long room, 8.5 X 18, so its not a dinky little space. All utilities are included in the rent, that includes washer/dryer, dish TV, DSL. Great kitchen with modern appliances, a front and back yard with garden, patio and BBQ.
The only downside to this room is that it has no closet. There is a closet in the hall that we would give you to use. And there is only one bathroom, but we are not all home at the same time, much, so bathroom does not get hogged.
in the house, one works nights, one days, so only a short period in the evening are we both at home. We are friendly and get along with almost anyone that is not a slob or drunk/druggie. We have 3 small dogs, very friendly, and would consider a tenant with a dog. No cats. We like cats but our dogs do not tolerate them.
we are alternative lifestyle friendly and encourage open minded, trans and leather folks to apply. |

Your room would have a door to the balcony with a view of downtown Los Angeles.The apt. is located in the heart of Hollywood, close to fwy access, kodak theater, and Hollywood Bowl. Their is washer and dryer on our level just outside the door. The complex comes with a pool, spa, small gym and sauna. You will also have your own parking spot in a safe underground gated garage.
