| Hi my name is Ellen. I just bought this home in Yorba Linda with my boyfriend and we like to rent the first floor out. Its light blue, hardwood floors, 3 large windows, and bathroom is light blue as well with only a large shower. This room is in excellent shape because nobody lived in the room.
The home has total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is built in August 2005. Very quiet neighborhood and considered #11 or #22 best cities to live in the USA. I know most of my neighbors and there mostly quiet and stay indoors the most part.
The rent is $675. The first day needs to be in money order or cashiers check form. The rest of the other months can be regular checks. The agreement will be set on both parties how long you want to stay.
