Hi, I have 2 rooms available for rent. The shared bath is for these two rooms only as I have my own. All the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the second floor. There is a 2-car garage and plenty of parking right off the house for parking in the complex. Since I will be using one spot in the garage, there is only one spot left and it will be for the one that rents one of the 2 rooms first. The first floor has living room, dining room, and a fam-room in the kitchen. I am very easy going so we can hang out if you like and if you want your own privacy, thats cool as well. I like to play sports especially tennis so its cool if you play as well. Please be clean and responsible. No pets and non-smokers only please.
