The house is located in Maxwell Park, a safe, open minded-friendly neighborhood with good access to freeways and some transportation. It has hardwood floors and a newly remodeled kitchen. There is a large back yard and plenty of storage space. There’s satellite TV and optional DSL. The available bedroom has a large walk-in closet and another smaller hall closet. I am a 34-year-old teacher. I’m quiet and mellow, but I love to entertain. I’m often messy, but rarely truly dirty. I have a friendly, short-haired cat. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, friendly, and willing to contribute to the household. No drugs, and only occasional alcohol please. Another cat is negotiable.
