| Looking for someone willing to sign a one year contract for a room in an apartment thats located really close to the UCB campus and the downtown Berkeley BART station. This apartment is relatively new - about 5 years old. It is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, banks, and stores. It is excellent place for either an responsible or responsible , or anyone looking for a place that is clean and very convenient in all aspects. The lease is ending soon and so I am looking for someone who is willing to sign a one year lease which begins at the end of June. That is when the lease ends but you can move in as early as May 18. A credit check will be performed.
Im an responsible at cal. Im a pre-med , thus I am usually busy with school. Otherwise, I am pretty chill and laid back. The main thing I ask is that the task of cleaning communal areas - kitchen and bathroom - will be shared.
