| The house is a two-story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage (used for responsible/storage area), 4-car driveway, fam-room, living room with fireplace, dining room, large kitchen, bar, full security system, a separate yard for dogs. The nearest cross street is Bootes. The house is about 3 miles from Interstate 15 and 5 miles from Highway 805. Its a private room with a shared bathroom. There is an enclosed gazebo and Jacuzzi. Youre welcome to use all: kitchen, Jacuzzi, entertainment systems, washer, dryer, etc. I have 2 dogs (Sheltie, little mutt) and 2 cats (declawed). The dogs are only allowed in one area of the house. There are also small reptiles in aquariums. Caged small animals are okay, I just dont want any cats/dogs added to the household. The rooms are available now.
