| our place is a 3bdrm 1 bath in point loma area, near PL high school... we have all extra eminetes, pool, spa, bigscreen tv.. great place to live.. all of us work alot, so during week, house is relativley quiet, but we like to have fun on weekends.. house is average clenliness with dog... awsome place to stay for the money.. if you have questions email me, matt_keebler at yahoo.com , hoping to have someone move in asap.. The property offers parking for any type of vechical and a barn with horse stalls including a dag and horse run. This home is occupied by the owner and renting out the rooms with roommates at $800.00. If you desire to have a private room additional costs may apply. We have a total of three rooms available serving 5 tenants. One room is only serving one tenant but additional costs may apply.
