We are very laid back, cool, down to earth people. 5 bedroom, 3 full baths, billard/dart room, game system/computer room, work-out room equiped, huge kitchen, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, dining room, huge living room, washer/dryer,large, front and back yard, pond with turtles, fish and plants, spa, patio We need someone who is responsible with their bills and will pay them ontime - no exceptions. We have the utilities and grocerys split into equal parts and usually have dinner at the same time,The fridge and pantry are free game unless theres a name on it, everyone shares the cost of grocerys.
