| We've had some people back out at the last minute, so there is an opening for you in a Rockridge house only skipping distance from BART, AC Transit and the myriad pleasures of College Avenue. The house features: A washer and dryer; A backyard with a barbecue DSL and cable A fig tree; A beautiful friendly person tile kitchen. A fireplace. You would have four roommates (three guys and a girl), all between ages 23 and 27. Rent is $532, not including utilities. Just $250 deposit. | A little bit about the place... Four bedroom, 2 bath. Rent is 412 per month, plus 1/4 of the utilities. There are hardwood floors throughout, window coverings, a nice back yard and a white picket fence. The house is in a great neighborhood with really nice neighbors (they have never bothered us). A little bit about us... We go to school full time, and work as well. We know how to have fun, but also know that studying is important. We love meeting new people and can't wait to meet you.
