| Great apartment, starting date is very flexible, right on College Ave. near Ashby Ave. and UC Berkeley. It can be unfurnished or furnished. It is one bedroom in a very large two bedroom apt that has a separate kitchen, dining area, and living room w/ responsible fireplace. Washer and dryer are in the building. It has hardwood floors and gets tons of light. The place is really spacious - it has a large bathroom, and tons of closet space. It is on the 51 bus line, houses away from the great shops and restaurants. Your housemate would be a very cool law who is incredibly considerate. This kind of place does not stay in the market for long. |

We would share the kitchen and laundry room and there is a full basement (the size of a 3-car garage) for storage/ home gym, whatever. |

| This is a great house. Great location, SCU, Middle School, Malls, Freeways, Businesses, Downtown. There are four bedrooms, but we only wish to occupy three of the rooms. The fourth is used for an office for everyone to share. should see!! |
