Phone hook up, Cabl 4--Roommate Rental details   On a separate (ground) floor level from the main house we have two rooms in tandem (you go through the first to get to the second) with full bath (shower) for rent. Rooms are accessed by a wide hallway lined with storage shelves on one wall and have separate entry door. The two rooms could make up a totally private "suite" with use of the bathroom. The space could be furnished or not depending on your needs. The rooms are average in size and the one caveat is that the first room has no windows (it does have one wall that is all closets though). We are asking $600 + utilities for the room w/windows+ use of bathroom and $750 for the whole downstairs. Shared kitchen and laundry included. Preferred 1 yr lease starting July 1.
