| This is a 3 bedroom 2 story apartment in Hermosa Beach. Extremely close to beach and close to the Pier. There is a private hot tub in the garage which is set up as a hang out room, laundry, great view of coast and ocean.
My current roomate was promoted and is moveing at end of Feb. I am easy going and would like the same in a roommate. No smokers preferred. Can be current resident of south bay just looking to relocate or out of town person just moving out here as I did. I am a responsible who enjoys a great time on weekends, play volleyball, and Ice Hockey.

| I am looking for a roommate to share one bedroom apartment in Tustin. I prefer someone, who will be responsible and honest. I don’t smoke and don’t drink. I do not party. I go to dance TO club now and then. I work 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Weekends I have off. I like to sleep then or go to the beach. My place is quiet and clean. Tustin is very small town but growing, has all you need to live and more, 38 minutes (34.53 miles) south of Los Angeles and 1 hour and 26 minutes or (87.16 miles) North of San Diego. Quick access to Highways 405, Hwy 55 and Hwy 5, which let to OCC and other Local Colleges. I live few blocks away from large Shopping Centers. Just want to let you know that I am open minded and I would like to have a male open minded or open minded roommate to be comfortable to live with me |
