Great brown shingle, wide front porch, back yard with garden, deck, furnished large living room/dining room, breakfast nook, sunny kitchen in beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Hardwood floors, lots of windows. Storage shed. Available space is large private second floor finished "attic": a front, private bedroom, + larger main space + study with many windows. Half bath with shower upstairs; downstairs bath with bath tub. Four closets, plenty of storage space. Separate phone line. Ideal person would be another responsible or whos mostly quiet, but enjoys having a party once in awhile, conversation, is responsible. If you like to garden, thats a plus.
