| Looking for a female housemate, preferably a UCSC , to share housing at a townhouse located at the base of the UCSC campus. House has two stories, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, washing/dryer machine, and a one car garage. House is partially furnished. The living complex also has a swimming pool. Only small caged pets are allowed, no dogs or cats are allowed. The lease is negotiable, but preferred to have at least a 6 month lease, then month by month. Utilities are shared, approx. $80 per month. Cable TV/High Speed Internet also shared. |
