The apartment is located near 4 major bus routes (7, 8, 11 & 14) going to and from the university. The apartment is fully furnished, with a balcony. The bedroom is very spacious and has a closet. It is located near a grocery store, a bank and the Royal Jubilee Hospital. The rent is $415 a month and includes heat, hydro and hot water,plus $200 deposit.

Outdoor, off-street parking, shopping nearby, grocery and a mall. 4 1/2 corner apartment, hardwood floors. Your cost is $425/month and includes digital cable, cable internet (should have your own computer), heat, and electricity. Only thing not included is a phone, I have a cell and there is no landline hooked up, but there are jacks already throughout the apartment. The common areas are fully furnished, including a 46in widescreen T.V. Your room will not be furnished.
