Few rooms are in a renovated spacey duplex two minutes walk from Verdun metro, few different grocery stores, restaurants and what not within two blocks, a municipal square park and a sports complex nearby. All rooms are private and have locks. Fully furnished. Pillows, blankets and sheets can be provided. Every room has a phone and cable TV outlet, high-speed internet (through Wireless connection) is included. Access to large, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a large front patio and a back yard. Washer and dryer in-house. My boyfriend and I are living in a two bedroom downtown apartment. Were fairly relaxed and easy going and wouldnt mind renting out the second bedroom to the right person. Im not home very often as I have two jobs and my partner generally works days when not in school. His son visits every other weekend. All the utilities are included and the phone and internet (DSL - Telus) can be as well. We dont have cable mostly because we dont really watch it. I work pt at a movie theatre so I get free rentals and movies at the theatres in Calgary. Fairly flexible on the rent amount and food arrangements.
