| We are two intellegent easy going women looking for a (hopefully) permanent resident of our third room. We are very tidy and friendly and expect the same from our potential roomate. Its a relaxed living atmosphere and we do not want our apartment treated like a dorm room. We want someone willing to put in full participation to the apartment and hope our roomate can also be our friend. The apartment is very spacious and there is cable/phone/internet access in all bedrooms. The shared living area is large as well as a full kitchen. We have a cat, a rabbit and a cockatiel and they are all friendly and well trained - please take note incase of allergies. |

Looking for a clean, considerate, and friendly roommate. Preferably a female. There will be another person living here, who is taking summer school and responsible. So, a relatively quiet roommate is prefered. Shes easy-going, very friendly, and very open-minded.
We subletted last summer, and the subletter loved it. She parked outside the building without any problems.
