1--Roommate Rental details

I have a 3 bedrm townhome in Lafayette that I'm looking to share w/an easy-going & respectful individual (preferably female or open minded male). There's lots of space & goodies like a wood burning fireplace, your own pantry & a W/D in the basement. You would have the option of either the upstairs second bedroom & sharing the full bath, or the bsmnt bedroom (w/lg window and closet and is quite a bit bigger) w/its own 3/4 bath. pls write if interested!
