RENT IS VERY NEGOCIABLE!! rent normally 429 but willing to meet YOUR needs. overall very nice place!

Sawgrass Mills ~15 min, beach ~1/2hr drive. Credit review/background check/references necessary. No smokers, no pets, absolutely no drug use! should share housework for common areas on a weekly basis, agree to no shoes on upstairs (white) carpet and keep your room and bathroom clean. Limit overnight guests to rare occurrences and limit visitors during the week. Owner is MBA and requires peace. Application fee $50. Upon move-out should be willing to have room & bathroom shown. If you can fulfill these terms we should get along great.
