2--Roommate Rental details

The new tampa townhouse is very nice. Everything is furnished except for the bedrooms. Rent includes cable, high-speed internet, water, electric, gas, and local phone. No additional bills! The neighborhood has pools, a golf course, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, etc. I am looking for two roommates to share a bathroom. The larger room with double closets is $475 per month, and the smaller room without a closet (used to be a loft) is $400 per month. I am a pre-med at USF majoring in biology and gerontology.
