1--Roommate Rental details

I am subleasing my room, to a female, at Northgate Lakes and will offer one out of the 8 months of free rent (or pro rated). You may take over the lease ASAP. There are Two other great roomates that will not bother if need be. You have a key to your room the apartment and the mail, and own bathroom. Very luxurious affiliated housing less that a mile from UCF.

2--Roommate Rental details

3 bedroom/2 bath house, tiled floors, fenced back yard with garden, spacious living room and kitchen, garage conversion. Close to bus line, turnpike, US 1 and the busway. Park nearby with free tennis courts, community room, sports fields, and jogging trails. The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained. Share with one dietary needs female and a few cats. You should expect to pay half the electricity, gas, dsl and phone bills, which comes to roughly $90/month. Prefer dietary needs who is clean and considerate. Pets are subject to approval by my cats.
