all roommates have their private room in the house (3 rooms). they share a well equiped kitchen and a bathroom, a garden also and a front spot where we can all park our cars .The monthly rent is $450 to $500 (Depends of the room ). The house is really close to FIU north, Nova University(South), Barry University, St. Thomas University, MDCC North Campus, Johnson and Wales, and of course the I-95. There are a lot of shops and supermarkets around.

There is a half-bath downstairs to accommodate guest and family. You will have outdoor fun at one of the many parks. There is plenty of shopping centers in the area along with Pembroke Lakes Mall for the serious shopper.
