| I have a brand new 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome in Magnolia Place Townhomes. Pictures will hopefully be up soon, You would have a private bedroom and private bathroom to yourself, as well as use of the propertys 24-hour fitness center, pool deck, clubhouse, theater, tennis courts, putting green, dog park, etc. Im not picky about who my roommate is, but Id like to rent out to a upperclassman, responsible, or responsible because the townhouse is VERY and Id like to keep it that way. I looked into sharing a roommate at what is considered to be some of Gainesvilles nicer properties, such as Hidden Lake and Arlington Square, but they were asking $555/month from me to live in a complex overrun by underclassmen, broken beer bottles, insanely loud partying, and constant police visits.
