| We are very laid back and want a nice fun atmosphere, one who is very responsible and will help out around the house. The rented room could be furnished or unfurnished, whatever you choose. There is a bathroom which will be yours and guests if we have any. Mainly yours only. We prefer non smokers. We have a pool! $450 with out utilities or $550 with utilities. We will start out a 6 month lease and if you want, we can renew the lease for a year. We are more than likely buying a jacuzzi too, for enjoyment on our back porch which is open for you anytime. Our subdivision is a gated security guard community, so feel very safe living with us! |
