Separate laundry room, kitchen, dining room, fam-room, and living room. Nice landscaping (although my dog may fix that our first week there in his neverending lizard hunts). Screened in patio, fenced in backyard. Smoking outside is ok, inside is not. No cats, dogs negotiable (size doesnt matter). I dont care if roommates are male/female -- just please be willing to be respectful and contribute to your share of household duties. |
