| This apartment is in a GREAT location. It is 2 blocks from campus (5 minutes walking), which is convenient for those lazy mornings or crazy nights. 2 Blocks from campus means 2 blocks from University Ave (The Swamp, XS, Balls....clubs, bars, food, etc.). The apartment itself is really nice. Wood floors, central air and heat, cute courtyard area and very very well kept! I have done my part in keeping this apartment really nice, which is important for the next person who will live here. Neighbors are GREAT too.
