| This is a great apartment with all the amenities you will need. There is a washer/ dryer in apartment, full sized kitchen, porch, bathroom in bedroom and all the furnishings. This is a living place. There are two pools, tennis and basketball courts, a gym, computer rooms, ect. It is a gated communtiy as well. Perfect for summer rental or even longer. The lease is up in August but you can renew for a longer period of time. There are scholarships that you can apply for at the apartment place to get money off your rent. They are easy to get too; I have two of them. It is a 4-bedroom place with only one other roomate occupying a room for right now. Call me if interested |
