I will be in town only several days per month, live in NYC. Room can be furnished or non, master or second. No plans this time to rent third loft room. Townhouse just renovated, and will be decorating NEW in next several months. Any questions or something you would like call me! Would prefer female as I am clean and domestic, no romantic interest what so ever. Will be in town till the 15th otherwise can setup for someone to show afterwards.

It has own private entrance and 1 parking space. Central A/C, new carpet, never been ocupied, just remodeled, very large closet and storage area, and a very quite neighborhood. $500 for security Deposit + 1st month of rent (can be prorate) Monthly flat fee of $60.00 for WATER, ELECTRICITY AND CABLE. Looking to rent it to 1 person.
