| I love this townhouse - and I bet you will too! My roommate is super fun AND responsible (quite the combination, I know.) I am leaving around May 21, 2005. You may move in anytime after that. You will pay for June and July rent; you may stay until August 9 at no additional cost. Rent is usually $400 a month, but I will pay $60 of it if you just sublease my room! Utilities are about $60 a person, a month. It is a 3 bedroom townhouse, but there are only 2 of us living in it, so it makes it nice and roomy and private . There is a 24 hour gym, a pool, computer lab, tanning bed, etc. Tuscany Villa Townhouses are great! |

| I have a bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in Pensacola, FL. (I live in the other room.) The apartment is brand new and very nice -- it inculdes vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, washer/dryer, and a patio. Theres also a pool, hot tub, well-stocked gym, and free Internet in the lobby. Im 25, male, a nonsmoker, and very easy going. Im originally from California, but moved here after joining the (Im a flight at the Naval Air Station). Ill be doing a lot of studying for flight school, so Im looking for someone whos equally low key and respectful of privacy. Im also a bit of a health nut, so if youre into eating healthy, running, and weight training, that would be awesome. |

| Roomates are so nice. Very clean, laid back atmousphere. HAs to be a female though, becuase of Apt. rules. All utilities are included, fully furnished, close to UCF (about a mile). Property has a private movie theater you can rent for free, free video rentals (new releases plus old ones) on property, two great pools with tiki huts, lots of beutiful lakes (our apt looks over the biggest one w/great view). This is the perfect place for an awesome college girl. |

| I am searching for somoeone would would like to take over my lease, so that I may leave to move in withmy boyfriend. The apt. has a full-long bed, a dresser, desk, mirrored-door closet, and full priavte bath. It is a corner room of the blding with two windows on opposite walls. This ia a three bed, three bath apartment, on the third floor, the neighbors are quiet, and there are two other girls ages, 19, and 21, preently who share the apartment, they also are s, and very clean and respectful. Laundry facilities are available in the apratment, and the kitchen is eqipped with all new appliances. I am eager to leave the aprtmet, as it is too costly for me to afford without, and higher paying job. It is $535 with all utilities incldd |
