Hello, my name is Elsa and we (my boyfriend and I) will be looking for a new roommate to share our apartment starting September 15th 2005. The flat is near Metro Gare de Lyon, Dugommier and Mongallet. 450 euros per month, all charges included in the rent as well as phone and high speed internet.
