This is a average size apartment, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the apartment is not shinning since my last roommate and I didnt share the same cleaning habits, but that is going to change, I am responsible on it doing some housekeeping and what I am expecting is workout with my future roommates on keep this place impecable as possible, this person should be able to fit all of her or his stuff on the room and keep common areas clean all time, also able to wash your dishes after use them, no underwear on bathroom, no shoes on living room, respect for other properties. |
