| If lease starts after feb 1 I can prorate the 1st month 3 bedroom/7room (dining room, family room, kitchen, bathroom, and extra closet) Over 1000 square feet, great hardwood floors, in superb shape. Three bedrooms with only two people living there, I currently reside in 2 of the bedrooms, One I use for sleeping and my desk, the other is a quiet comfortable study room. Family room and Dining room are huge, should see to believe how nice this place is. 10 Foot ceilings throughout. Radiator heat, no ac. Nearly New kitchen and bathroom, Gas powered stove top and oven. Lots of cabinet space. Ceiling fans in every room. Lightly smoking roommate, he goes to school and works so he is home very little. |

The apartment complex includes a fitness center, two swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, a park, soccer fields, and a walking trail.
